Streets of Old Quarter, Hanoi, Vietnam

Hanoi’s Old Quarter, situated near Hoan Kiem lake, takes you back in time. It reflects Hanoi’s original layout with most of the 36 original streets consisting parts of today’s Old Quarter. Those streets used to be named after merchandise merchants occupying those streets were selling – and they still do today. The streets are famous for their shops and small artisans shops and tons of small and excellent restaurants.
